School Rules
Code of Conduct

!Please Review!

We will strive to cooperate with parents or guardians to instill Godly character, biblical morality, and good habit. (This includes but is not limited to respect for authority and peers, taking responsibility for own actions, and practicing kindness, honesty, and integrity.)

Attendance:

Students are expected to be on time and ready to learn. TN law requires attendance of 180 days per school year. This allows up to four (4) unexcused absences per school year. Doctor notes are required for absences due to sickness; if your child has a fever, they must be fever free for 24 hours without medicine before returning to school.

Classroom Rules:

Classroom behaviors that include disrespect to teachers and/or staff, general disturbance, abuse of permission, incomplete work, and excessive lateness/tardiness from activities will be handled with a warning and/or consequences appropriate to behavior from behavior charts.

Dress Code:

We have adopted a relaxed, casual dress code; however, we request that each student practice good hygiene.

Leggings are unacceptable as pants ** Top must be below the butt.

Clothing with profanity, drug paraphernalia, and sexual content is prohibited (parents maybe called for students to change)

Harassment and Intimidation:

We have ZERO tolerance for any form of sexual harassment, including all acts of sexual nature, verbal or physical, which are unsolicited, unwelcomed, inappropriate, and demeaning will not be tolerated. A hostile or offensive atmosphere, interference with an individual's performance, including bullying or physical harm, threats, or any act creating a fearful environment, may result in suspension or expulsion.

Prohibited Items and Activities:

Weapons are prohibited on school/church grounds. Use or possession of weapons or dangerous items (i.e., guns, knives ** pocket knives, bows, and arrows, explosive devices, etc.) Tobacco products, vapes, alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs, or any abuse of prescription drugs is prohibited (Prescription drugs must be turned in to staff). Violation of this policy may result in suspension or expulsion.
